Ulanda Neema Community Academy was started in the year 2006 by Rev. Paul Owino Okidi and Jane Adongo Owino. UNECA is a community based learning institution formed to improve the Education and spiritual faith among the young children for good governance in future. The project is run under the umbrella of HARVEST MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL (CHURCH) whose main Centre is in the school compound. The proposal to initiate the project emanated from several reasons one being low attendance among young children in the churches around Ulanda region.
